SUMMARY

Aims: Cancer genome sequencing and analysis in international cancer genome collaboration ICGC for establishment of cancer genome catalogue

Methods: Whole genome sequencing with Nanopore sequencer

Participants/Materials: DNA extracted from tumor tissues of 9 liver cancer patients (also analyzed in hum0158 with short-read sequencer)
