SUMMARY

Aims: Compare the functional MRI data with amyloid PET images and cognitive data and establish a methodologies for the very early stage of Alzheimer disease (AD).

Methods: Structural MRI, resting state functional MRI, diffusion tensor imaging, and arterial spin labeling will be acquired

Participants/Materials: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) and preclinical AD individuals (ICD10: F00)
