SUMMARY

Aims: A complete hydatidiform mole (CHM) is an abnormal pregnancy caused by genetic fertilization disorders. The aim of this study is to establish human trophoblast stem (TS) cell lines from CHMs and elucidate their pathogenesis.

Methods: Transcriptome analysis (RNA-seq) , Methyloation analysis (PBAT-seq)

Participants/Materials: Cytotrophoblast (CT) cells isolated from placenta tissues of CHMs and CHM-derived TS cells
