SUMMARY

Aims: We analyzed gene expression changes in the development, progression and aquirement of therapeutic resistance of prostate cancer.

Methods: We extract total RNAs and performed RNA-sequence analysis.

Participants/Materials: Prostate tissues including benign and tumor tissues obtained by surgery and tumor tissues of metastasis or relapsed
