Total RNAs were extracted from bone marrow aspirates, peripheral blood cells, or lymph nodes of pediatric T-ALL patients. Libraries for RNA-seq were prepared using Illumina TruSeq RNA Library Prep Kit or NEB NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina and RNA-seq was performed with the Illumina HiSeq 2500 sequencer (108 bp, Paired-end). The sequences are provided as bam files.
