SUMMARY

Aims: Identification of molecular targets for development effective therapeutic methods and genomic or epigenomic markers for stratification of gastric cancer patients.

Methods: Exome analysis by using of Illumina HiSeq 2000

Participants/Materials: 214 normal, primary tumor, and metastasis tumor samples from 75 gastric cancer patients
