SUMMARY

Aims: to investigate the genomic signature and the mechanism of early stage of colorectal carcinogenesis

Methods: DNAs were extracted from tumor tissues and matched normal samples and performed whole exome sequencing

Participants/Materials: 10 cases of colorectal adenomas or precancerous lesions of colorectal cancers (PCRCs) in total
