SUMMARY

Aims: Identification of molecular targets for development effective therapeutic methods and genomic or epigenomic markers for stratification of colorectal cancer patients.

Methods: Exome analysis by using of Illumina HiSeq 2000

Participants/Materials: 297 normal, primary tumor, and metastasis tumor samples from 89 colorectal cancer patients
