SUMMARY

Aims: To clarify the molecular mechanism underlying malignant transformation of Donor-cell derived leukemia (DCL).

Methods: Whole Exome Sequencing was performed by using of Illumina HiSeq 2000.

Participants/Materials: One DCL patient and one donor
