SUMMARY

Aims: To clarify the mechanism of auto-immune diseases and establish the treatment for auto-immune diseases, through analyzing the expression pattarns of Th1 cells and Th17 cells.

Methods: RNA-Seq by using of AppliedBioSystem SoLiD system

Participants/Materials Total RNAs were extracted from naïve T cells, CXCR3+Th1 cells, CD161+Th17 cells, and activated Th17 cells for one individual
